upload error

I have troubles uploading images to my board. I have the Pro version. Are there a upper limit on how many photos you can upload?

    I haven't been able to upload any .jpg images cropped by the Board app.
    can you help me? Do you have a more direct way to get tech support?

    Hello Katrine, there is no limit when you have a PRO account. I've checked your logs and it seems like a format error. Are you not able to save ANY image, or just specific ones, maybe from one single website? If you can send me a link of an image that is not working, I can investigate better.
