Hello Katrine, there is no limit when you have a PRO account. I've checked your logs and it seems like a format error. Are you not able to save ANY image, or just specific ones, maybe from one single website? If you can send me a link of an image that is not working, I can investigate better.

Hi Zee, this week we started the development of the Firefox extension. Although I cannot make time estimates for the Safari extension, Safari will of course be the browser we'll target next. At the moment our resources are limited and we had to target the most used platform first to validate the idea.
Regarding the rest of the app, the current online version is "frozen" because we are concentrating our development effort on the new version that will include the tons of feedback of our users in the last months. Organizations and teams features, projects and sub-boards, support for many more file formats, and many more things. Yes the app needs a lot of work, that's what we are doing :) The estimated time for the release of the new version is January 2015. You all will get a quick email notification.

Firefox support has made its way into our new "Team" version of Board. The ETA for the new platform is December '14, with the release of the new webapp with Firefox support, followed immediately by the release of a Firefox extension.

To be honest, currently we are not developing it to get first things right at least on Chrome (our current development resources do not allow us to support multiple platforms). Once we are confident that the product is right at least there, it will be easy to port it to other platform. To be realistic, we do not plan to support Firefox before the end of the year :(
We understand this is needed and will do our best, thanks for pointing this out anyway!

Louise you are right, although implemented the feature is not yet out. After the initial interest from the users on the product, we decided to write a new version with better UI, many more features and integrations. As it turns out, it's a huge work, compared to our current development resources (that is, just me). The mistake has been starting a "new" project rather than developing on the current one (personal issues also got into the way of the timeline). The only thing I can say is that together with sub boards you'll get shiploads of other stuff, but as this is already the second message, it doesn't make sense to put a date out only to miss that too. Hold tight, we won't let it down.. :(

Development has been proceeding slow on that regard. It's a functionality that has been already developed but not yet rolled out because we also want to release the new UI that is not finished yet, plus a bunch of other features. We are not still able to put a date on this release but we are the one who want this release out the most!! Sorry for this long wait :(

Thanks for the comment. We are working on it. Currently, tags apply to images only, and the search field is more a "filtering" field that will show only the pictures matching the search term (it also works with tags, so if you type a tag name, only images with that tag will show up).
But we acknowledge that it's a rather basic functionality as for now!

Hi Cryoniel, there is only one extension and it has the popup with the 4 features + the right click feature. It is enabled only when clicking on images. Please keep in mind, that some images might be overlayed with other elements, and the browser won't recognize it as a right click on an image, thus not showing the Board icon. In that case, using the "image" feature from the popup will solve the problem. In the general case, right-clicking on an image will show the Board icon.

Hi! I reply here to all the topics of this thread:
1) the idea of multiple pinning is very nice. We will consider this. In the meantime, I'd like to point out that the extension supports right click on the image (if the image is not covered by other layers). This should be quicker to pin multiple images than using the "image" feature from the extension popup.
2) The full page screenshot displaying small in the board view is a tradeoff to keep consistent design in such view. Very tall images will appear heavily scaled down. But clicking on the image itself will show a full-resolution version of the image.
3) The upload button inside the web-app supports multiple files. You can select them by holding the CTRL or CMD key pressed. Drag&Drop supports multiple files or entire folders (as soon as it is fixed).

Hi Matt, thanks for finding the time to produce mockups for us. Yeah background selection is something we thought of, always pushed down by more important features, but we will consider it for the next release.
I have a question: can you elaborate a bit more about the "horizontal visualization"? I'm not sure I can figure in my mind what you meant..

Hi Matt, you are right and this is a nice suggestion. So, if I got correctly what you mean, by entering a search term that begins with #, it will actually perform a tags-only search and filtering, correct?

Currently Board is being developed for desktop browsers. We provide an iOS app that is useful to see own boards and upload pictures from the camera or gallery. We no do not provide mobile browser extensions or bookmarklet yet, as this is still uncharted territory for us. If you have any pointer regarding how other apps are doing (like the Pocket hint you gave) we can start brainstom on that!

We are almost ready to ship dropbox integration, that will allow you to link any board with a dropbox folder and you'll be able to find the whole Board's content in there. We want to ship this with the new design, so it's a matter of few weeks. Sorry for the delay!

Hi!
Search and filtering is definitely something that we need to improve. Regarding the tag search, one thing that might not be clear is that you can use the search field on the top right to filter by tag.It doesn't work cross board, so when you are inside a board, you can type the name of a tag and the images will be filtered accordingly.
Hope that helps a bit while we improve our search!

I see the problem. You would rather click on the thumbnail and have the source url of the image instead of the big preview. I think that most people would be surprised about that, so how would you like something like this: we can add an icon next to the "move/copy" action on the thumbs that will open in a new tab the source url (if the image was grabbed from the web, if it was uploaded we don't know where to go!). We can also think about an "open all" button within the board. How about something like that?

Thanks for your feedback! Sorry, gotta ask this to make sure I understood it correctly. You would like some sort of button that will open a tab, each tab with the website where each image in the board has been captured?
